Membership
Stocks golf club is a private members club and welcomes enquiries for playing membership.
Stableford and Medal competitions are held on the first and third weekends of each month plus one monthly mid week Stableford throughout the year. We have a team that participates in the scratch league in the county, also men’s, seniors and ladies sections are involved in matches against various clubs.
However if all you want is a friendly round or practice on your course – Stocks is for you.
Membership Types
We have a variety of memberships available:
- Full Membership
This entitles you to play at any time, 7 days a week. - 5 Day Membership
You are entitled to play anytime between Monday and Friday. You may play at the weekends by paying the appropriate green fee.
Other categories of membership are:
- Country
- Overseas
- Intermediate (several groups in the age range of 18 – 33)
- Over 75 special rate – 5 Day membership (available to existing members after 5 years membership)
- Ladies ‘Get into Golf’ programme, for those with some golfing experience
How to become a Member
There are two ways to become a member:
- Pay for your membership in one convenient lump sum
- Direct Debit – pay 12 monthly instalments
We are a club that does not entertain any golf societies although we do encourage members to bring guests and organise their own golf days.
